Telehealth
All services are provided remotely via telehealth via HIPPA compliant telehealth video or audio.
CLINICAL SERVICES

Individual adult counseling and psychotherapy (ages 18+)

Adolescent counseling and psychotherapy (ages 16–17)
CONSULTATION SERVICES
I provide consultation in the areas of mental health, psychopathology, supportive housing administration, youth/adolescent homelessness, nature-based therapy and wilderness therapy. Consultation services are informational and non-clinical in that they neither diagnose nor treat specific individuals.
FEES
Individual, 50-minute therapy sessions cost $175.
New prospective clients receive a free initial consultation.

SLIDING SCALE
I believe that access to quality mental health services is a human right and should not be cost prohibitive. I offer a sliding scale based on financial need.
INSURANCE
For Washington State Residents, I am an in-network provider with Aetna, Cigna, Healthcare Management Administrators (HMA), LifeWise, Optum, PacificSource, Premera, Regence and United Healthcare. I am an approved out of network provider with Kaiser.
For New York State Clients, I am not currently in network with any insurers. I am able to provide superbills for out of network billing.
